Return & Exchange Policy

At Outking, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
• Non-returnable Items: Sale items

How to Process a Return/Exchange

• Contact Us: Email us at Support@outkingclothing.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any photos (if applicable).
• Return Label: Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label for domestic orders.
• Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) and attach the provided shipping label. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

• Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We will not be providing exchanges at this time as we are limited to size and colors due to limited time collections.

International Orders

For international returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
