Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Processing Delays: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 14-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $100+, otherwise Currier Live Rates
Free Shipping Promotions: Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website and in promotional emails.
Shipping Addresses
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address Changes: Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Contact us immediately at Support@outkingclothing.com if you need to change your address.
PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping require a physical address.
International Shipping Information
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Customs Forms: We accurately declare the value and contents of all international shipments on customs forms.
Restricted Countries: We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions. Please contact us if you're unsure about shipping to your location.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.
Delivery Confirmation: Most shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to the carrier facility. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Lost Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
If the package is confirmed lost, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@outkingclothing.com
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
Special Shipping Situations
Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will ship when they become available. You'll be notified of any delays.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we'll notify you and give you the option to wait or cancel that item.
Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may ship separately to get items to you faster. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
Holiday Deadlines: We'll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website to ensure delivery by specific dates.
Peak Season Delays: During busy periods, shipping times may be extended due to high volume.
Return Shipping
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Return Labels: We can provide prepaid return labels for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Hazardous Materials: We cannot ship items containing hazardous materials.
Size and Weight Limits: Oversized or overweight items may incur additional shipping charges.
